I had a dispute with the casino regarding a significant amount of money. Multiple attempts to resolve the matter directly brought no results. Only after submitting the case to Casino Guru was the issue finally resolved. Petronela, who handled the case, demonstrated full commitment and outstanding professionalism, for which I am very grateful. Without her assistance, closing the case would not have been possible

I spent months playing their games and earned over $100 but was never able to withdraw it because the website went down. I tried reaching out via their message feature multiple times and never got a response back. It's been over a month now. If someone from the company reaches out to me and helps me resolve this I will be more than happy to change my rating. However, as of now I don't understand why this site is still rated above 1 star as the website literally doesn't work.
